Who you will be working with
SustainAxis Digital is a small team in Tamale with backgrounds that rarely sit in the same room. One of us is a computer scientist, holding a postgraduate diploma and reading for an MPhil in computer science. The other works in monitoring and evaluation at MPhil level, with a strong data science background, and spends his days measuring whether programmes actually deliver.
That mix is why we ask what a website is for before we design a single page, and why every site is handed over with a written guide, so the work stays yours.

What do I need to have ready?
A clear idea of what the website is for. That is all. We send you a checklist that walks you through the rest — what you do, who you serve, what you want the site to achieve — and we fill the gaps together.
What will it cost?
Every project is priced on what it actually needs. A one-page site for a consultancy and an online shop with stock and orders are not the same job. Message us, tell us what you have in mind, and you get a written plan and a price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the site and on how quickly your content reaches us. We agree a timeline in writing before we begin, and you see each stage as it is finished rather than waiting in the dark until the end.
Who owns the site when it is done?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the files are yours, and the handover comes with a written guide. We are not holding anything you would have to ask us for later.
Can I update it myself?
Yes, and that is the point. Changing a price, adding a product or posting an update should not mean calling a developer and waiting. We show you how at handover, and leave it written down.
Do I have to be in Tamale?
No. We are based in Tamale and work with clients across Ghana. Almost all of it happens on WhatsApp, which is where you already are.
